A company is seeking an FP&A Systems Manager to oversee and enhance its Tagetik enterprise performance management system. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The position involves working closely with finance, IT, and system development teams to refine forecasting models, optimize system performance, and align functionalities with business needs. Additionally, the FP&A Systems Manager will collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop reports and dashboards that enable data driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Tagetik to ensure smooth operation.

• Implement updates and improvements as needed.

• Manage user access, compliance, and issue resolution.

• Support integration with financial and reporting systems.

• Develop reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.

• Collaborate with teams to align systems with business needs.

• Provide user support, training, and documentation.

• Stay informed on industry best practices and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in CCH Tagetik implementation and management.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and consolidation.

• Background in financial systems, project management, and process improvement.

• Skilled in developing complex financial reports and engaging stakeholders.

• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience in large, complex financial environments.
