Sonic Summary

The role is for a Head of IT Operations & Service with an insurance organization on a contract basis.
The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the London office, and pays up to £750 per day inside IR35.
Candidates must have extensive experience in building and leading a global service management/helpdesk function.
A proven track record in selecting and managing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is essential.
Experience in highly regulated environments and strong hands-on experience with M365 and Azure are also required.

I hope you are well,I have a contract role as a Head of IT Operations & Service with an insurance organisation. This role is hybrid and requires 2 days in the London office and paying up to £750pd inside IR35- initially a 6month contract.Must have the following:

- Extensive experience in building and leading a global service management/helpdesk function
- Proven track record in selecting and managing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Strong hands-on experience with M365 and Azure
