Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner with a long standing client on an exciting New Head of Workspace role that can be based from either their London or North East office on a hybrid working model (2 days per week in office).

To be successful in this role you MUST come from a Financial Services background, having experience in Facilities Management, Strategy Design & Transformation of office environments.

In this role yo uwill be responsible for:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and drive Workspace innovation whilst working towards Workspace optimisation.

- Ensuring that all locations comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and local requirements.

- Lead the development and implementation of the Workspace Strategy.

- Developing and manage relationships and negotiations with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to optimise property services.
