HR Systems Project Manager

12-Month FTC

London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:We're recruiting for a leading accountancy firm seeking an HR Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation of their new HR system. This is a high-impact 12-month contract role with potential for extension on a hybrid basis form their central London offices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the HR system replacement project
  • Establish project governance and manage senior stakeholders
  • Control budgets, timelines and resources (£multi-million project)
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with change control processes
  • Oversee third-party suppliers and internal project teams
  • Drive business change management and user adoption

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record delivering HR system implementations (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (C-suite to end-users)
  • PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred
  • Background in professional services/accountancy ideal
