The Role:

As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our installation technician utilisation is maximised, and that correct resources are assigned to each project; ensuring high quality installations at first fit.

The Installation Manager will take responsibility for all aspects of people management within our installation technician team, fostering a culture that prioritises high standards of workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves driving an ethos of continuous improvement, ensuring that every project meets or exceeds quality benchmarks while optimising revenue generation through efficient practices. By maintaining an unwavering focus on customer needs and expectations, the Installation Manager will play a pivotal role in maximising margins, profitability, and delivering outstanding results that consistently surpass expectations.
