IT Quality Risk and Compliance Manager with SAP and Data experience 6 MonthsHybrid 2 Days onsite Inside IR35
My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit an IT Quality Risk and Compliance Manager with SAP and Data experience to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE. The purpose of IT Quality, Risk & Compliance manager is to provide leadership and support to ensure that application support and delivery (including onshore, offshore and outsourced business application partners) is compliant with prevailing IT policies and practices.
Key skills and experience for the IT Quality Risk and Compliance Manager with SAP and Data experience:
- Excellent understanding of the regulatory issues for the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing an IT Quality function in a regulated and validated environment.
- Experience of working with third parties, including off-shore suppliers, to ensure support and development activities are delivered in accordance with Quality Standards Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems and the tools, methods, procedures, equipment and software used for delivery.
- Providing assurance that solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and supported to the appropriate level of Governance, quality, compliance, Security and documentation standards. And that significant risks are identified and effectively monitored and managed.
- Provide input for the implementation a quality continuous improvement culture; Embed quality requirements via ongoing training & proactive consultancy support.
- Provide training and education on new and updated Policies and Standards; Ensure the right level of quality is delivered by projects and or Outsourced/Off-shored IT service providers.
- Risk Management - Identification, mitigation & management of IT risks impacting the business; Ensure that Company Policy requirements & Corporate Compliance & Ethics, Global Risk Management principles are embedded within programme teams & individuals' behaviours; Mitigate risks by embedding when necessary, in-process quality controls.
- Compliance - Conduct Level 2 (independent) QRC programme assurance activities; Report non-compliance to management and appropriate governance board (QRB).
- Conduct IT audits as required, to determine compliance with company standards of IT service and solution providers
