The Role:
As Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the company's strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational leadership. You'll lead a high-performing team, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen key client relationships within the hospitality and leisure sectors. With a focus on revenue growth and service excellence, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future.

Our client is a specialist IT Service Provider delivering networking, security, and technology solutions to businesses in the hospitality and leisure industries. With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a dynamic leader to elevate their market presence and drive commercial success.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience within an IT Service Provider, MSP, or technical consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience overseeing sales, operations, and service delivery at a strategic level.
- Ability to develop and execute business plans that drive market expansion.
- Expertise in networking, security, and technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience engaging C-suite clients.
- Comfortable with regular national and international travel.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
Desirable:
- Prior experience scaling a business in the IT services sector.
- Understanding of technology trends within the hospitality and leisure industries.
- M&A experience and integration of acquired businesses.
