Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor who turn over in excess of 3b and are part of one of the largest Construction Groups in the world are seeking to secure the services of an experienced Procurement Manager to assist with recent Water Tenders that they are working on.
The worksare predominantly major Water Treatment Works Upgrades and they are focussing on the Civil Engineering and Construction aspects.
Duties will include managing theoverall tender processes, negotiating/finalising the terms and conditions ofsubcontracts and bespoke subcontracts, evaluatethe reliability of tenderersto enhance cost accuracy andreport forecasted value of Procurement to Project Control.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years in a Procurement Manager position held with Main Contractors and MUST have Water experience to your name. You will also have solid interpersonal skills with Contractor and Client Liaison a large part of this role.
In return, an excellent day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with long term ongoing contract.
