This exciting role involves managing technical operations, overseeing installations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of multimedia experiences for clients.

About the Role

As a Tech Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the setup and maintenance of cutting-edge technology used in interactive exhibitions and installations. From uploading apps to managing complex, multi-component installations, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also handle on-site troubleshooting, stock management, and training client teams to operate systems independently.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do: 

  • Installation & Support: Deploy multimedia solutions at client sites and provide on-site technical support.
  • Training: Train client staff on the use of systems and maintain their operational readiness.
  • Stock Management: Perform regular device audits at client locations.
  • Project Management: Manage the setup, ongoing support, and decommissioning of exhibitions, some involving complex video syncing and interactive components.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure minimal disruption for clients.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Strong technical knowledge, ideally with experience in multimedia installations or related fields.
  • Problem-solving expertise and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support clients effectively.
