Technical Service Delivery Manager (IT infrastructure / Linux) - Full remote
£60,000 - £80,000 & health/life/income insurance & 38 days holiday
This is a great opportunity for an IT infrastructure focused Service Delivery Manager with a strong Linux background to join a leading technical consultancy, helping to deliver HPC related managed services and projects.
Due to significant expansion into the USA, this role will be working closely with a US based team and therefore will need to be willing to work to US east coast time zones (typically starting at 14:00 and finishing at 22:00).
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee both technical and administrative responsibilities, including:
- Technical troubleshooting
- Managing team performance
- Resolving reliability challenges
- Monitoring service metrics
- Upholding key SLAs
- Leading the team to operational excellence
The role would be ideal for someone with the following skills/experience:
- Experience of Linux infrastructure systems management
- External client managed services
- Service metrics and ITIL
- A technical degree would be beneficial
