Who we are recruiting

Bethell Utility Services are now recruiting for a Delivery Manager for our I&C division to take responsibility for the overall performance of Industrial and Commercial projects. The performance outcomes being principally; Excellent health and safety standards, programme achievement, high quality of standards and profit responsibility. As our delivery Manager you will be able to work collaboratively with the design team, planning team, operatives, and other professionals to support the performance of each project. In this role, you will be ensuring we continue to deliver projects to the highest quality and safety standards through a period of significant growth whilst ensuring the well-being of all who interact with our activities. The ideal candidate will always demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication systems and management structures and integration of good HSQE management and business decisions. You will ensure we always construct a quality product and give our customers value for money to ensure we get repeat business, and ensure quality As-laid records are undertaken in a timely manner.

Who you are

You will have an excellent working knowledge of the utility sector along with a full understanding of CDM regulations. You will possess good leadership, organisational and planning qualities, ensuring the wider team is always well motivated. You will be a problem solver, used to applying a range of analytical techniques in complex situations. You will always consider a range of options and their effects on the wider team and client base. You will preferably have experience in project management within Industrial & Commercial sector, with a strong multi utilities background.
