Receptionist – Six-month Fixed Term Contract
Front of house role working as 1 of 2 Receptionists at corporate firm in the City –£35,000 plus generous benefits
Busy and varied front of house opportunity in a corporate yet buzzy and very impressive office environment (of 115 employees) in the City. This Receptionist role is working as 1 of 2 at the front desk, assisting with traditional front of house duties as well as supporting across the firm’s multiple floors to ensure all amenities are stocked / replenished, and that the office is well presented. Great potential to develop and support the Operations team by getting involved in wider office administration.
Duties likely to include:
- Meeting and greetings all clients and visitors to office – accompanying to meeting rooms and offering refreshments as required
- Ordering and setting up inhouse lunches, assisting with weekly Ocado delivery
- Managing bookings across 10 meeting rooms on three floors
- Ensuring all meeting room and office facilities are well stocked and replenished
As the first face of the business for clients / visitors, the right candidate for this Receptionist role will be warm and personable, naturally helpful and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. Ideally a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a front of house role and confident to work in a small team to ensure a smooth-running office.
Core hours: 9am – 5:30pm Occasionally required earlier/later e.g. breakfast meeting set up. In office Monday – Friday. There is no opportunity to work from home.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus generous benefits including 25 days’ holiday, discretionary bonus and free company breakfasts.
