Receptionist – Design Studio: 9 month FTC – West London – up to £27,000

Front of House / Studio Assistant role for an established design company whose office is in west London. Circa 80 people across 2 floors in a stand-alone building / studio space – you will be first point of contact for all clients and visitors as well as dealing with post, couriers, deliveries, etc.

This is a really key role with an immediate start for 9 months on a fixed-term contract – you will also undertake general administrative and PA support duties for the senior team and be involved in projects as well as support for their Studio Manager.

Fantastic environment of successful creatives whose clients are FMCG / household names – this is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 6 months’ prior hospitality / retail / administrative or reception experience. You will also have exposure to events support including team / socials / etc.

Fantastic studio / office environment so you will need to have great attention to detail in order to keep everything looking great across 6 meeting rooms and the wider team space; this is a role in which you will need to be in the office 5 days per week.

Up to £27,000 plus benefits including lunch allowance / provided daily.
