I am excited to be working with a fantastic global organisation in search of a temporary Receptionist/Business Support Administrator. This is a full-time, London based role for two to three weeks (from mid-February) to cover annual leave.  We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and suppliers. This role involves handling calls, coordinating appointments, managing bookings, and supporting administrative tasks while ensuring security and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and suppliers.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Manage room bookings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
Maintain records, process payments, and handle correspondence.
Ensure reception procedures are followed for security and safety.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Professional, approachable, and well-organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training provided if needed).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
