Corporate Reception - Central London - Permanent 31k - 34K , Monday - Friday

We are looking for outstanding Corporate Receptionists to provide a first-class service to the clients/guests entering and leaving the building on a day-to-day basis.

This will suit someone from a high-end customer service background that enjoys meeting people and provide a 5* service. There will be general reception duties and ad hoc administrative work involved.

My client is looking for the following career history:
* Prior experience in a 5* customer focused corporate Reception
* Professional attitude and appearance
* A passion for delighted visitors with great service
* Confident and engaging
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to provide a bespoke service to every individual remembering preferences and specific needs

The role will involve the following duties and responsibilities:

* Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner, ensuring that they sign in accordingly.
* Issue visitors passes in accordance with the client's access control policy and procedures.
* Notify building users of visitor arrivals, deliveries, couriers etc.
* Effectively review following day's meeting/visitor on Condeco
* Effectively support dealing with any emergencies including contacting emergency services if required.
* Ensuring that the reception area remains in an acceptable condition throughout the day.
* Fulfil key emergency evacuation role if required.
* Report internally and externally. Give and receive constructive feedback successfully.
* Ensure that the team are working effectively, and all expectations are met.

This opportunity is to work Monday - Friday on a rota basis, 40 hours a week.
