Catch 22 is seeking a Temporary Experienced Receptionist/Switchboard Operator for a governing body in High Holborn.
The position is for 3-4 weeks with working hours from 9am to 5pm.
Candidates must have previous reception and switchboard experience, along with general clerical/admin experience.
An Enhanced DBS check is required, and basic knowledge of Microsoft IT systems is essential.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Catch 22 are working with a governing body for a professional sector based in High Holborn who are on the lookout for a Temporary Experienced Receptionist/Switchboard operator to cover 3-4 weeks

Working hours- 9am-5pm

Duties,

Meeting and greeting all staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Provide facilities helpdesk support
Servicing and monitoring meeting rooms
Ensuring incoming calls are answered
Ensuring Switchboard consoles are regularly maintained and kept up to date
Monitoring of BSB/GCB contact us inbox
Provide basis switchboard training to other members of staff when required
Cover Facilities assistant when appropriate

Must have,

Previous experience of general clerical/admin
Previous reception and switchboard experience in a similar organisation
Basic Microsoft IT systems (Word, outlook)

Must have Enhanced DBS check
