My client is looking for a skilled Fabric Technician/Handyperson for a minimum 3-month contract position in Brent Cross.
This role offers an hourly rate of £16.59 per hour PAYE or £21 per hour via an umbrella company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of building fabric and fixtures. Duties may include painting, decorating, carpentry repairs, and general maintenance tasks.
