Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Electrical and plumbing work
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry tasks
- Ensuring office facilities are in top condition
- Fixing electrical issues such as faulty wiring, light fixtures, and outlets
- Repairing plumbing problems like leaks, clogged drains, and broken fixtures
- Painting walls, ceilings, and trim to maintain a fresh appearance
- Assembling and repairing office furniture
- Installing and repairing doors, locks, and windows
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Handling minor HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Strong technical skills in various trades
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
