Accounts Payable
Part-time role, 20 hours per week
Salary: 20,000 pro rata (based on a full-time equivalent of 35,000)
Bonus (15%) + Generous Pension + Flexible Working

Your tasks:
- Ensure suppliers are paid on time - you will be the go-to person for making sure everything stays on track
- Process supplier invoices and post them to our accounting system
- Process payments for international vendors
- Prepare weekly BACS payments and handle urgent same-day payments when needed
- Communicate with suppliers and resolve any queries confidently and professionally
- Reconcile supplier statements and keeping records up-to-date
- Manage corporate credit card expenditures and employee expenses
Experience
- Proven Accounts Payable experience and confidence making payments in multiple currencies
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
