Job Title: Design Lead12 month contract with the possibility of extensionsLondon – Hybrid 2 to 3 days a weekRate: £834.81 via Umbrella company [Inside IR35]Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a transformation for talent in the process and tech stream, focusing on SuccessFactors or eightfold.Key Responsibilities:• Design processes and technology, undertaking process design and 8fold implementation.• Gather requirements from various countries and translate them into a solution.• Work on process documentation, test documentation, and training from a QA perspective.• Ensure quality checks, translate customer needs into product delivery, update process documentation, and support end-to-end processes.• Collaborate with testing teams, write test scripts, and use SuccessFactors and 8fold.• Experience with Workday and other recruitment products is beneficial.• Involve in talent acquisition processes, regardless of the product used.• Work across various time zones, particularly in East markets, including India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.
