This high-profile Scandinavian textile company are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their busy team.  Known for producing contemporary high quality design textiles, rugs, acoustics and window covering solutions for architecture, design and furniture, often collaborating with top designers and architects worldwide.

Their beautiful London showroom serves as a hub for architects, designers and clients to view their extensive range of textiles and design solutions as well as being a venue for design industry events. 

Responsibilities : 

·  Respond to client queries via phone and email – ask the right questions and direct to the correct team.

·  Process and respond to sample requests from clients, reps and portal; process, track and ship orders

·  General administrative support for clients and sales team including stock checks and technical queries.

·  Issue quotations and pricing agreements in collaboration with your Sales Rep/Key Account Manager.

·  Problem-solve and collaborate within the team to resolve issues and improve processes.

·  Update projects with relevant information.

·  Regularly meet with your Sales Rep to discuss pipeline, focus projects and ongoing queries.

·  Participate in all assigned Learning & Development sessions & Learn modules.

·  Follow figures and relevant data/reports in Power BI

Skills and experience

This is a busy role requiring initiative, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.  Ideal experience will be working in an admin or sales support role within the interiors/A&D sector and experience of dealing with contractors and project teams highly beneficial.
