Mobile Fabric Engineer - £33,000 - South-west London Area
There is a brilliant opportunity to work for a Lead FM Provider on a retail contract across the South West London area only as a mobile fabric engineer with a competitive salary and amazing package.
This role would require the selected engineer to perform general maintenance in multiple sites as a mobile engineer covering basic electrical duties & fabric duties in the Building Services Engineering Industry.
Duties include:
- Flushing
- Minor Carpentry - Repairing fixtures and fittings.
- Minor Plumbing Changing Taps, Changing showers, Investigating and fixing leaks.
- Minor Electrical repairs Changing Spotlights, Sockets, Switches & Replacing Fuses.
The ideal candidate woud need to require below:
- 2+ years in Commercial/Building Services Industry
- An attitude to hit the ground running
- Full UK's Drivers License (No more than 6 points)
- Living within South West London Postcode
