Are you a skilled fabric engineer with commercial maintenance experience? Sick of travelling up into the City on a daily basis and want to stay local to West London? Look no further! I am working with a leading FM service provider who are on the search for a fabric engineer to join their team on a flagship site in West London. You MUST have a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Duties

  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic plumbing - tap temperatures, replacing taps, drainage & flushing, Unblocking toilets/sinks
  • Basic carpentry - skirting, furniture repairs/building, window repairs
  • Replacing handles/locks
  • Patch repairs
  • Replacing filters/cleaning filters on AC systems
  • Fixing leaks
  • Basic electrical - EML testing, fire alarm testing
  • Visual inspections
  • Escorting subcontractors around site

Requirements

  • Full UK Drivers License - Van provided to cover sites within close proximity
  • Min. 3 years commercial building services maintenance experience
  • C&G/NVQ in trade (painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing) - desirable
