A well-established maintenance provider who are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer working on one of their Iconic Contracts in Battersea. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Fabric Engineer to their team.


About the role:

We are looking to take on board a strong Fabric Engineer to work on an Iconic contract based in Battersea, London.

Mon-Fri (Days) working 08:00 - 16:00

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:

You will be part of an Engineering team.

Painting

Decorating

Plastering

Replacing doors / handles / locks

Tap temperature readings.

Replacing lamps

Basic plumbing

Emergency light testing

Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly

Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs

Changing filters on AC units

Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works


Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

The ideal candidate would have experience working on Healthcare Contracts

Strong building services background
