Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £60,290 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week – 4x on 4x off alternating days and nights
Shifts: 1x week of days and then a week of nights
Orion is partnered with a well-established food manufacturing business located in London, which is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and mechanical issues during breakdowns.
- Continuous improvement projects on site
- Implement our engineering strategy with consistency and efficiency.
- Deliver improvement projects on time and within budget.
- Support site performance by focusing on KPIs such as OEE and CCOs.
- Maintain high standards of safe working practices.
- Provide training and coaching to operators and other engineers
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:
- Must have experience working within the FMCG industry
- Must have experience working in food manufacturing
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in training and coaching junior engineers
- Enthusiastic and motivated, with a motivation for continuous improvement.
- Time served apprentice with an Electrical bias, supported by suitable experience.
- Alternatively, C&G 2346-03 Electro-technical Experienced worker qualification
- HND/HNC Qualification
- Electrical qualifications
