A fantastic opportunity for you to work client side for a leading property management company in Canary Wharf, working as an Engineering Supervisor to manage a team of technicians.As the Engineering Supervisor, you will conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customer and work colleagues. As the Engineering Supervisor, you will act as a point of contact for the Engineering Team and will plan and manage workload on shift; scheduling works based on priorities to ensure completion of PPM's / CM's and reactive work orders within defined SLA's; highlight any concerns to Engineering Supervisor.

PRS are seeking anexperienced Engineering Supervisor who can organise Planned Maintenance Schedules, supervise building control systems, and lead a team of maintenance engineers across a cluster of buildings.
Communication and leadership of engineering staff is essential to ensure smooth shift handovers, completion of all planned maintenance tasks, and any and all works required to ensure statutory compliance.
You will ensure that all service areas, plant rooms, inspection cupboards etc. are maintained in pristine condition at all times.

It will be your responsibility to train the shift teams as required including delivering Toolbox talks and team briefings as well as Management of sub-contractors working on site, including permits, review of RAMs and isolations where required. You will also be responsible for completing reports and paperwork as instructed by the Engineering Manager and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice.

Experience and Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • IOSH or similar qualification.
  • C&G Water Treatment.
  • 2 Years minimum in a Supervisory position.
  • IOSH Managing safely or similar
  • Shift Experience
