My client, a leading building services provider, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to manage a small maintenance team.
The role involves overseeing planned maintenance while actively maintaining and optimizing building control systems.
The position offers a package of £55,000 with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Candidates must have supervisory experience in facilities, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and a background in planned maintenance.
Multi-trade capabilities and leadership skills are essential for this role.

My client a Leading Building services providerseeks an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee a small but dynamic maintenance team. As a workingSupervisor, you'll manage the planned maintenance team while taking an active role in maintaining and optimizing the building control systems aswell.

Package:55K basic, 40-hour week, regular hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
