A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Battersea. CBW is currently looking for a Tiler to be based in a commercial office building based in Battersea. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Immediate Start
- £21 - £25 per hour Umbrella or PAYE (Client does not pay CIS)
- Temp to perm
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Working in tenanted and void properties
- Tiling walls and ceiling
- Measuring and cutting a variety of tiles
- Patch Plastering, Damp repairs, full room plastering
- Using spacers within the corners of tile work
- To undertake basic Fabric duties
- To undertake some plumbing activities including but not limited to clearing blockages, attending to burst pipes, replacing components, servicing systems etc.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Expereince working as a Tiler / Multi Trader
- Expereince in Tiling in a commerical office
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
