The Head of Operations will oversee the entire supply chain and operations, ensuring execution across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels.

Description

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain function, including Procurement, Supplier Relationship management, Demand/Supply & S&OP Management, Inventory and Logistics.
  • Manage and optimise relationships with global fulfilment partners across the UK and internationally, ensuring efficient operations, timely deliveries, and high service standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in the Food and FMCG space across all operating territories.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale operations, driving the business beyond targeted revenue while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Conduct in-depth cost analyses for shipping, logistics, and overall operations to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Leverage operational tools to improve workflows and data-driven decision-making across D2C and B2B channels.
  • Strong stakeholder Management - Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders (working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams) to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Profile

  • +10 years' experience in the Food & Beverages/FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global operations, including fulfilment in multiple territories and working with international suppliers/partners.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Food & Beverages industry.
  • Hands-on experience scaling businesses, including setting up systems and processes to support growth.
  • Comprehensive experience in managing operations for both Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business models.
