Senior Destination Manager - Europe - tailormade luxury tour operator- up to £60,000 per year + benefits. An exciting opportunity to join a tailormade luxury tour operator, where you will play a key role in creating unforgettable, creative and exceptional travel experiences.Senior Destination Manager - Europe Responsibilities :

  • Creating tailormade itineraries across all European destinations
  • Developing new products and continuously updating current European product
  • Managing supplier relationships, including rate negotiations, service level agreements, special offers and more
  • Monitoring quality and performance with local suppliers
  • Keeping up to date with the tailormade market in Europe and search for opportunities to increase product revenue
  • Creating unique and innovative, tailormade travel experiences
  • Working closely with the Product Director to create a strategy for sales increase in Europe from a product perspective
  • Collaborating with the marketing in creating content that highlights the unique experiences of the various destinations and itineraries and ensure content is up to date
  • Training and updating the sales team on existing and new products, to maximize sales
  • Working closely with Health and Safety teams to ensure audits are up to date, and actions to be implemented
  • Attend trade shows, events and overseas travel in meeting local suppliers
  • Role reporting into the Product Director

Senior Destination Manager - Europe Skills Required:

  • Destination specialist in creating luxury tailormade itineraries in Europe
  • Previous experience working as a Product manager in the luxury travel market
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of working with different markets (UK, US, and ASIA)
  • A creative, innovative, passionate product manager
  • A self-driven, motivated and charismatic professional

Senior Destination Manager - Europe Additional Details :

  • A basic salary of up to £60,000 per year dependant on experience
