Ticketing manager

Ticketing manager - Required for this luxury tour operator. London based, lovely offices based in the West end. Ticketing management/Supervisory experience is a must as well as strong Amadeus experience. Salary around 40k plus great benefitsTicketing managers duties-Manage a team of 4 ticketers, rotas, holidays, sickness etc-Manage fair distribution through Amadeus-Issue, revalidate, re-issue and exchange tickets through Amadeus-Carry out quality checks and seek cost savings-Manage Queues-Process and apply for refunds, assist with BSP reconciliation and handle ADMs/ACMSs-Provide air support for salesTicketing managers skills required-Ticketing manager or supervisory experience-Very strong on Amadeus-Tour operator experience-Ticketing qualifications-Very strong airfares knowledgeAdditional information-A range of hybrid options after passing probation-Discounted trips-Company pension plan-25 days leave plus the option to buy or sell 5 days-Life assurance-Discounted gym membership-Season ticket loanIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59336
