Travel Reservations and Customer Services Consultant - Cruises and Escorted Tours

Base Salary to £27,000 (negotibale) + Great Benefits

Fully remote within the UK

Our client is an award-winning luxury tour operator who are specialist in the niche travel area of River Cruising and Escorted Touring.

They work with direct clients are now seeking to recruit highly motivated, service driven travel professionals who are able to multitask and work under pressure.

The role combines both sales and providing the very highest levels of customer service with a major focus on attention to detail.

Candidates must have previous cruise reservations experience within the travel industry in a similar role.

Our client will also candidate seeking a 4 day working week

The role is offered on a fully remote basis to be based anywhere in the UK

Travel Reservations and Customer Services Consultant Responsibilities:

To handle inbound calls and enquiries from clients

To maximize every sales opportunity to excel both revenue and conversion targets.

Accountable for booking a range of holiday types across multiple destinations for both River Cruising & Land Touring

To deliver exceptional customer service to their discerning, loyal customers who book high value trips

To manage the Customer Service & Sales emails by responding within the expected time frame with excellent written communication skills

Capable in managing Pre-Departure courtesy calls & provide updates to affected bookings

Travel Reservations and Customer Services Consultant Experience Required:

Previous cruise reservations experience gained within the travel industry is essential .

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent written and oral communication competency

High quality attention to detail

A willingness to take responsibility and to work as a part of a close team

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Travel Reservations and Customer Services Consultant Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary range to £27,000 depending on experience

25 days annual leave plus BH's as well as the option to purchase additional leave
