We’re recruiting for a Head of Global Mobility for a company that literally brings esports tournaments to life. Creating and delivering world class, sell out events that are booming in popularity year on year, this company take the professionally recognised sport of online gaming into a realm of its own.
The position of Head of Global Mobility is a highly strategic one where you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end logistics, planning, and execution of the travel programme for multiple global esports tournaments.

We’re looking for someone who really understands and gets to grips with the nature of this type of business and all of its complexities. They’lll be a key figure in the reshaping, scaling and managing the travel process.
We're keen to find them someone just like you - an experienced Travel Manager/Head of Travel/Business Travel Operations Manager with superb leadership skills who can drive change where needed and streamline travel processes.
Head of Global Mobility details:

The role is HOME BASED (but you must be in the UK please).

There will be travel to the London office required as well as their European office from time to time.

Other global travel for large scale events may be necessary.

What experience are we looking for?
-
Comprehensive experience as a Travel Manager/Business Travel Operations Manager/Events & Travel Operations Manager for a corporate company or Travel Management Company.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, data analysis and forward planning

Comfortable in a fast paced and evolving industry.

Experience with managing people (you’ll be managing a small, remote team)

Extensive travel industry knowledge, particularly around the sports/entertainment/production sectors.

Supplier relations and negotiation skills

Travel industry technology knowledge
