Midday Meals Supervisor

TeacherActive is recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic **Midday Meals Supervisor** to join a vibrant primary school in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, helping to ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunchtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise children during the midday break, both in the dining hall and playground.

- Ensure the safety and welfare of students, encouraging positive behavior and social interaction.

- Assist younger children with their meals, as necessary.

- Promote a happy and inclusive environment for all students.

- Monitor and manage behavior according to the school’s policies, reporting any incidents to the appropriate staff members.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.

- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with children and staff.

- A calm, patient, and approachable demeanor.

- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage groups of children effectively.

- Must be reliable and punctual.

Pay Rate:

- £13-£15 per hour (depending on experience)

- ASAP
