Block Management Regional Team Leader

  • Working hours: Mon-Thurs 9am to 5.30pm Friday 9am to 5pm

Do you have a track record of success as a regional team leader within the Block Management industry?

Are you experienced in successfully managing, motivating, and routinely developing people, both internally and externally?

Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues?

Our client who are a well established property company based on the heart of Wimbledon are looking for an individual that can collaborate with others and share their knowledge, experience and skills. They are continuously looking for new opportunities to improve and are looking for a regional team leader to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.

  • Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include
  • Regularly review team productivity to ensure KPIs are met and high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Manage workloads effectively and take corrective action when necessary to maintain these standards.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and customer service standards.
  • Report performance to the Divisional Manager in an agreed format and frequency, including commentary on underperformance and documented corrective actions.
  • Handle escalated problems and issues from your team and clients, resolving them according to management agreements or company policies.
  • Coach team members through solutions and escalate formal complaints to the Operations Manager with all necessary information for efficient processing.
  • To ensure that the properties within your portfolio are effectively and safely managed on behalf of your clients in line with agreed budgets. You will ensure that the properties are properly maintained in agreement with the client, that they meet all legal and regulatory requirements and you provide excellent customer service that at least meets the terms of the management agreements.
