Description:

We are looking for an Area Manager, specifically looking after our London stores ,who is commercial, visually astute, passionate and people focused. You will look after multiple stores providing guidance, expert knowledge, and inspiration. Through your inspirational leadership style, you are responsible for driving sales performance through service, standards, visual and operational excellence to maximise profits whilst minimising costs. You will be expected to implement the Footasylum strategy by leading, motivating, training, and coaching the management and store teams, investing time in their growth alongside identifying and developing the next generation.

About you:

You will be commercial thinking and resolution focused whilst having the freedom to be flexible and creative in your approach.

Within your current role, you’ll have demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple locations and have a proven track record in exceeding targets, surpassing KPIs whilst building teams to be proud off. Delivering amazing service and standards for our customers is key to our values and through well execute succession plans, we want to nurture and develop our future talent. Where the Stores need additional support, you will be proactive in recognising and resolving with coaching, skills transfer, and training.

You need to have excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills and be able to engage with Stakeholders and be comfortable having difficult conversations.

You will have experience in fast paced Fashion retail and have an understanding and knowledge of Visual Merchandising.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience managing Store Managers, helping support them to achieve their commercial and people focused goals.
