Are you available to work on an ad hoc basis full-time or part-time to cover sickness and or holidays?

These are the potential shifts you may be working:7.5 hours long across these hours: 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 11.30-7.30pm or split shifts (covering early mornings and evenings).

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Bank Housekeeper to assist our clients Housekeeping Team. You will aid in all aspects of housekeeping and tending to the needs of guests. Due to the flexibility of hours that may be required, this position would best suit someone living locally.

Essentials:• GCSE - English & Math’s or equivalent, City & Guilds Trade Qualifications or similar• Experience in housekeeping is desirable but not essential• Excellent personal hygiene and practice.• Ability to follow instructions and to work safely. • Can work well as part of a team and independently.• Caring and positive attitude.• A team player and a personable, calm individual to be part of a friendly team.• Able to work flexibly and in line with the operational needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:• Support the Housekeeping Team in the day-to-day operations and to meet the requirements of the guests and visitors as determined by the forward calendar bookings.• Assist the Team with preparing refreshments for visitors and to be vigilant to the needs of guests and the community.• To be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and tidying the House and ensuring that all rooms ranging from Bedrooms to Meeting Rooms are kept to an exceptional standard. • To assist in food handling and serving of food at mealtimes.• Assist with laundry and any other housekeeping duties that are required.• Attend staff meetings from time to time and participate in any training activities as required.• Be familiar with the fire precautions and all emergency procedures.• At all times uphold the philosophy, values and ethos of the company
