Our client is seeking a full-time General Operative/Caretaker for a luxury residential site in Fulham.
The position requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
The salary for this role is £28,808, adhering to the London Living Wage.
Candidates should have relevant experience in cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
The successful applicant will join a team of 9, reporting directly to the Estate Manager.

Job Details:

40hrs per week M-F 0800-1630
Salary £28,808 - LLW

Job Summary: To support cleaning of all communal areas and Reception as directedTo assist in the cleaning and general care of external areas, car parking areas (including entrance and exit), refuse areas and general walkwaysTo assist in the collection of refuse and readiness for collection by local authorities To undertake general duties as directed, including but not limited to sorting deliveries, delivering items to residents, shopping for estate items, running general errands and assisting resident where necessary.

Team of 9 in total, including 1 other operative and 2 cleaners
Reports to the Estate Manager
