About The RoleUndertake all aspects of general daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and toilet/ washroom facilities. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials as required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
Location:Central LondonVacancy Type:Permanent Full TimeHours Per Week:29Tuesday - 06:00 to 15:30 with 30 mins unpaid break, Wednesday to Sunday - 06:00 to 10:00
Impact:Operative will be working in public and private areas; knowledge of the area, local business and landmarks is a must; operative will be representing OCS and Southbank Centre while on dutyComplexity: Operative may be approached by members of the public for various reasons (eg. asking for directions, local/site information, etc)Qualifications or Required Experience: Candidate should have experience in operating cleaning equipment; candidates without experience but with the willingness to work in the cleaning industry may also be considered for this position; experience in communicating or receiving work instructions over radios and mobile phones. Must be able to communicate effectively with work colleagues and member of the public.
