Location: St John's WoodSalary: £13,400 per yearHours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all communal areas, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
• Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces, ensuring a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors to a high standard.
• Regularly check and clean entrance doors, glass panels, and handrails.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Dispose of waste and recycling efficiently.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks as needed.
