Location: Central London
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + 10% bonus
Benefits: Travel expenses covered, 9% pension, BUPA health, death in service & 25 days annual leave
The role of the Project Manager Acoustic Solutions will involve:
Project Manager position dealing with the supply and installation of our clients manufactured range of acoustic solutions
Working closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, & specifying consultants
Liaising regularly with Design, Project and Installation teams
Attend pre contract and client meetings where required
Coordinating delivery of materials for projects
Arrange labour to fulfil requirements
Ensure the project is on schedule to be completed within the deadline and budgets
Contact clients to deal with queries and resolve any issues
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Managing projects ranging in value from £10,000 up to £5,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Acoustic Solutions with:
Must have Project Manager experience within the interiors market sector
Must have an understanding of ceilings, partitions, fit-out, panels and acoustics
Experienced with on-site Health & Safety
Able to communicate across all levels from Installers to Main Contractors & Architects
Ideally will have CSCS Black or Gold card
Willing to learn and adapt to new environments
