Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to play a critical role in supporting health and safety activities , ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. You will be joining our Health & Safety Team and the successful candidate could be based anywhere although you would be expected to travel to London for quarterly catchups.  

Your role will entail supporting the team with changes to manual sections, ensuring training bulk upload report is kept up to date and review incoming DSE forms.

You will be joining our Health & Safety Department team based in Holborn. Our Health & Safety Department team plays a crucial role as part of our Central Services teams, providing expert support to Pinnacle’s operating businesses, ensuring they function efficiency while embracing best practice.

Who We’re Looking For

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Review audit tasks status
  • Maintain COSHH library and create new COSHH assessments using Sypol system – in line with Pinnacle process.
  • Regularly review accident reports on cascade to ensure days lost section is updated and support Health and Safety team with general Cascade reviews
  • Support Health and Safety Team in gathering information e.g. insurance claims and accident investigations
  • Support Health and Safety Team in gathering information re. CHAS, ISO45001

 

Key requirements:

  • Good reading and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn in-house systems e.g. internal apps, Sypol
  • General health and safety knowledge and experience
