ABOUT THE ROLE
- Deliver services on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard through your energy, knowledge, enthusiasm, and technical expertise.
- From day one, receive support and guidance from your Contracts Manager, who will ensure your smooth transition and development within the company.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments, Commercial Managers, and Technical Auditors for project delivery, commercial, and quality support.
- Work closely with the administration team, direct labor, and subcontractors.
- Core responsibilities include supervising individual contracts, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project scope, plan, and motivate site operatives for maximum productivity.
- Liaise with customers and building users to resolve access issues and progress work.
- Ensure adherence to site practices and promote a 'right first time' culture.
- Capture progress and variation information for accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized site paperwork and diaries.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and equipment checks to ensure health and safety practices.
- Ensure appropriate labor resourcing and minimize waste.
- Keep sites stocked with necessary materials and access equipment.
- Conduct accurate site surveys and measurements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Passive fire protection experience in compartmentation and fire doors.
- Supervising and scheduling work of others.
- Customer/client liaison.
- Monitoring and maintaining health and safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Passive Fire Protection.
- CSCS certification.
- SSSTS certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- IPAF/PASMA (preferred).
- Full First Aid qualification (preferred)
