DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PLANNING OFFICER (TOWN / URBAN PLANNING) - LONDON - 9 MONTHS - 拢40 - 拢50 PER HOUR
ARM are working with a local authority in London and we are currently recruiting for a Development Management Planning Officer to join them on a contract basis to run until June 2025
About You:
路 You will be an experience Town or Urban Planner.
路 You will be degree educated and either holder or working towards RTPI status as a planner.
路 Your experience will include local authority work and development manager.
路 You will ideally have experience of working within London as a planner also.
What you will be doing:
This position will be supporting the team for DM planning applications across the authority's remit.
This position is based in Central London and will be working using the hybrid model.
What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is between 拢40 to 拢50 per hour (Umbrella) and has been deemed inside IR35, as it is provided maternity cover for a permanent member of the team. Rate will be based on experience and suitability for the role.
