Senior Construction Planner
Are you an experienced Senior Planner? This is a great opportunity to work a leading tier 1 main contractor who focus on medium to large residential schemes across London with projects ranging from 50 to 1000 units per site. The business is in an excellent financial position with a healthy pipeline of work and an exceptional client base.
About the role of Senior Planner
This role will be responsible for overseeing 3-4 live projects depending on the size and complexity as well as working on 1-2 projects at tender stage. The business is based in central London, but the role offers full autonomy to work from office site or home
Requirements for the Senior Planner role
- Experience with residential projects
- Experience working with a Main contractor or developer
- Experience working at delivery and tender stage
- Experience working with Asta
- Relevant construction qualifications
