About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner with 4-5 years of experience, looking to step up to a more senior position. As a Senior, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion and playing a key role in larger-scale projects. You'll be heavily involved in client meetings, liaising with local authorities, external consultants, and working closely with our multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
路Manage and deliver small to medium transport projects independently, from start to finish.
路Contribute significantly to larger, complex transport projects in coordination with senior management.
路Attend client meetings, provide regular project updates, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
路Liaise with local authorities and external consultants to ensure projects meet regulatory and planning requirements.
路Mentor and train junior members of the team, sharing your expertise and helping them develop.
路Conduct technical assessments using relevant software and tools to support transport planning and design.
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:
路Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years as a Transport Planner in either the public or private sector.
路Software Proficiency: Experience using relevant transport planning software, including TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel.
路Education: A Master's degree in Transport Planning is desirable but not essential.
路Professional Membership: Membership with a relevant professional body (CIHT, CILT) is desirable but not essential.
路Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is required for this role.
