Traffic/Parking Technician

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings and designs for traffic and parking schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for traffic and parking schemes
• Assist in the design and implementation of traffic management and parking solutions
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop effective designs
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant legislation and standards
• Maintain and update CAD files and project documentation
• Provide technical support and expertise to the project team

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software
• Experience in traffic engineering or parking management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field is preferred
