We’re recruiting EXCLUSIVELY for our customer, a multi-award-winning luxury travel company, who are on the lookout for an exceptional Luxury Travel Sales Manager to join their well-established team.

As a Luxury Travel Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring its seamless operation and inspiring a collaborative, high-performing team. Your leadership will be key in maintaining exceptional service standards and operational excellence. With your passion for delivering extraordinary experiences, you'll help create a dynamic environment where every detail shines and client satisfaction soars.

Job Description:
In this role, you will lead a team of Travel Advisers, Content Creators, and Administrators, while supporting remote partners.
- Lead and mentor the in-office team while supporting remote partners
- Foster a positive, results-driven, and collaborative culture
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless workflows
- Drive sales, growth, and business development opportunities
- Monitor performance, address challenges, and set team goals
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and profitability with cost efficiency
- Organise training to enhance team skills and performance
- Bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and tech proficiency
Experience Required:
- Sales team leadership experience in the travel industry is ESSENTIAL
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, travel booking platforms, and office software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
