As Tailor Made Reservation Agent, you will be liaising daily with hotels, attractions, theatres, transport, guides, sightseeing companies and sporting venues - anything a tourism may want to do whilst here. Sometimes the client knows what they want to do, sometimes you will be researching ideas for them.
As Tailor Made Reservation Agent, you will be working on the Tourplan system (full training offered) so you should be familiar with making reservations on some sort of travel system. Preference will be given to people it experience of booking hotels plus some knowledge of key tourist attractions.

Tailor Made Reservation Agent must have reservations experience and fluency in English is essential - a 2nd European language very useful.
