Booking Agent (Reservations / Hospitality / Events)

We are a bespoke accommodation service specializing in sourcing hotels, serviced apartments, and private housing to meet our clients’ needs.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Booking Agent to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the Directors, this role offers opportunities for growth, internal training, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and source suitable accommodation options based on client requirements
  • Communicate confidently with hotels and accommodation providers to gather rates, availability, and amenities
  • Compile and present accurate accommodation proposals to clients
  • Process bookings, manage documentation, and liaise with hotels to ensure smooth reservations
  • Oversee group accommodation bookings, including rooming lists and rate negotiations
  • Maintain and update the company’s master database with search results and booking details
  • Act as a key contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving any in-house guest issues
About You:
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to negotiate rates and manage bookings from start to finish
  • Skilled in multitasking and handling multiple projects with accuracy
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under deadlines while supporting team members
  • Proficient in Mac and PC systems, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Mac Mail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential

Hours: Monday – Friday on a rotating schedule between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
